At KSS, children will start school in groups on set dates each term, rather than individually on their 5th birthday. This means tamariki begin school with a group of friends, making transitions calm and building strong relationships from the start.

Teachers are able to prepare routines and welcome activities for the whole group, helping tamariki settle in quickly and confidently.
