have experience in leadership
have reo fluency of no less than Level 3
strength in tikanga and mātauranga Māori
have the ability to build strong relationships with ākonga, staff, whānau and the community
be innovative, passionate and can contribute to change
have a strength in positive relational behaviour management strategies
engage in ongoing professional learning and school-wide inquiry
be a learner.
