    • have experience in leadership

    • have reo fluency of no less than Level 3

    • strength in tikanga and mātauranga Māori

    • have the ability to build strong relationships with ākonga, staff, whānau and the community

    • be innovative, passionate and can contribute to change

    • have a strength in positive relational behaviour management strategies

    • engage in ongoing professional learning and school-wide inquiry

    • be a learner.
