I love to use Digital technology in class and love learning new skills with the children. I am looking forward to what 2023 has installed for me as a teacher here at Kawerau South School and look forward to building positive relationships with your children. 

My passion is the outdoors. I feel privileged to be able to share this love of the outdoors with all our students, building skills and knowledge of what Te Taiao can offer our tamariki. 

I love seeing the growth and development that occurs both socially and academically in our tamariki.

I am fortunate to work in a profession that I love!  A profession that has its challenges but is satisfying and rewarding at the same time. Working with your tamariki has been, and is a privilege. I want the best for every student I work with.

I believe in having a creative, individual and authentic learning environment, whereby I learn about the children and foster and cater for their interests and individual needs. I thoroughly enjoy creating a learning environment based around the curriculum, new incentives, programmes, our localised curriculum and focusing on the needs and requirements of our school philosophy; of teaching and learning our core WAIU values.
